VAP at College of the Holy Cross

The Department of Physics at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting full-time OR part-time faculty appointment, depending upon qualifications and available resources, for the 2010-2011 academic year, to begin in August 2010. The position's primary duties will be teaching introductory physics laboratories, and possibly teaching natural science, astronomy, or intermediate lab courses. Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching. Visiting full-time faculty teach 3 courses each semester and are eligible for travel support and reimbursement of relocation costs within the College’s published policies. All full-time appointments offer competitive salaries and include full benefits.
