Concord University seeks applicants for a tenure-track position effective August 2010 to teach introductory physics, upper-level courses, and physical science. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in physics. Specialization is open, but candidates with interests in geophysics, physics education, nanotechnology, or medical physics are encouraged. The position supports a physics minor and majors in life sciences, chemistry, geology, and computer science. Concord is a liberal-arts university located in southern WV.
