We are recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to join our new project charting the landscape of STEM departmental change projects and supporting the networking of departmental change agents. The postdoc will be primarily mentored by Dr. Jaclyn Rivard at National Louis University. There are options to work on campus, remote, or hybrid. We anticipate they will start between February 1 and April 1, 2024. The priority deadline for applying is February 1; applications will continue to be reviewed after that date until a hire is made.
