Non-TT at Providence College
The Engineering-Physics-Systems Department at Providence College seeks applications for a full-time adjunct assistant professor starting in August 2012. A Ph.D. and promise of excellence in teaching are essential. The successful candidate should be comfortable teaching courses ranging primarily from those for non-science majors (i.e. Astronomy, Meteorology, or Conceptual Physics) to upper-level majors’ courses (i.e., Electromagnetism, Applied Quantum Physics or Classical Mechanics).
