Physics assistant professor -- 9-month, tenure track appointment beginning August 2009. We seek an individual with a commitment to quality teaching in the undergraduate setting. Master’s degree and experience required, doctorate preferred.
Teaching responsibilities include the general physics sequence, physical science for non-majors, heat and thermodynamics, and physical chemistry.
Other responsibilities include student advising, committee work, participation in departmental and college service activities, and involvement in professional development activities.
