VAP at University of Minnesota, Morris

The University of Minnesota, Morris seeks an individual committed to excellence in undergraduate education, to fill a full-time, one-year position in physics beginning August 15, 2011. The responsibilities will include teaching a variety of undergraduate physics courses including circuits and electronics.

Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in physics by August 15, 2011. Ph.D. in physics is preferred. Experience teaching undergraduate physics is required. (Graduate TA experience is acceptable).
The University of Minnesota, Morris is a residential public liberal arts college serving over 1800 students. As one of five campuses of the University of Minnesota, UMM is located 160 miles west of Minneapolis in the rural community of Morris, MN. The student body is talented, diverse and engaged.
