Tutor in Science Education (Part-time)

Applications are invited for the above post in the School of Education, based at the University’s Jubilee Campus. Candidates should be well-qualified specialists, with experience as a successful science teacher in secondary schools and experience of working with science student teachers in schools or HE. Teaching and administrative duties will relate to the science PGCE courses.
Salary will be within the range £32,458 - £43,622 per annum, pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience (salary can progress to £50,569 per annum, pro rata, subject to performance). Hours of work are 21¾ per week, to be agreed. This post is available from 1 September 2009.
