The primary responsibilities of this position are to teach introductory physics courses and higher level coursework. Park does not have a degree program in Physics and preference will be given to those applicants interested in teaching general physics as well as advanced physics topics related to chemistry, geosciences, and the biological sciences.
The successful candidate will also be expected to direct undergraduate students in physics research or cross-disciplinary studies, and should be committed to departmental, university, and community service. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. in Physics and will need to submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of teaching philosophy, and a list of three references with complete contact information (including e-mail address).
