Non-TT at Sarah Lawrence College

Sarah Lawrence College, a coeducational liberal arts college dedicated to individualized education, is recruiting a broadly trained physicist for a half-time or full-time guest position beginning August 2012. The position is for one academic year with the possibility of renewal. The successful candidate will teach calculus-based introductory physics with lab. If full-time is desired, familiarity with electronics and computer programming is desirable. The successful candidate must exhibit an interest and ability in working closely with students on an individual basis.
