Berry College has an opening for a full-time physics instructor for the 2012-2013 academic year. The successful candidate will have at least a Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in physics or a closely related field and a commitment to excellence in undergraduate physics teaching. Candidates with a PhD will be eligible for Visiting Assistant Professor rank. Duties will include teaching physics courses at the introductory and advanced undergraduate level. Candidates who have an interest in research-based teaching methods are preferred.
