Job Specific Required Qualifications | -Earned PhD in Physics, Acoustics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution; -Ability to teach a wide range of undergraduate lecture and laboratory courses in physics; -Record of scholarly achievement and evidence of potential for future achievement commensurate with the rank of Assistant Professor; -Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in the English language; -Ability and desire to contribute through department, university, community and professional service work; -Ability to strengthen the Acoustics minor.
