Division of Mathematics and Sciences at Kentucky State University
invites applications
for a nine-month faculty position. The requirements for the position are
a Ph.D. in Physics, Physical Science, or a related field with at
least 18 graduate hours in physics. Candidates who are ABD will be
considered, but the position requires completion of all doctoral
requirements by August 2017. Instructional duties will include 12 credit
hours per semester consisting of undergraduate physics and
engineering courses along with mathematics, or physical science service
courses, including laboratory courses. Faculty members are expected
to maintain an active program of scholarship and participate in campus
service activities.
