Non-TT at Presbyterian College
The Department of Physics and Computer Science at Presbyterian College has an opening for a non-tenure-track adjunct Lecturer position for the Spring 2013 semester. Duties include teaching introductory physics courses in small classroom and laboratory settings. Founded in 1880, Presbyterian Colllege is a highly selective, top-ranked Carnegie One residential liberal arts college affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and located in Clinton, S.C. Situated on an attractive 240-acre campus, the college has a student body of approximately 1200 undergraduates of which approximately 95% reside on campus. Qualifications for the position include an M.S. or Ph.D. in physics, engineering, or a closely related field and a commitment to excellence in teaching.
