TT at Providence College
The Engineering/Physics/Systems Department at Providence College seeks applications for a full time, tenure track assistant professorship starting in August 2013. A Ph.D. in physics or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required. In addition, the ability to conduct an active research program involving undergraduates, the promise of excellence in teaching, and a willingness to be active in service to the college and community are essential. Applications from experimentalists are preferred. The successful candidate should be comfortable teaching courses for both non-science and science majors. The review of applications will begin October 29, 2012.
