Lecturer at UW-Whitewater
The Physics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater invites applications for a one-year 0.75 FTE academic staff appointment in the Physics Department, beginning August 22, 2010. Responsibilities include teaching two sections of the Physics for Elementary Teachers course in the Fall semester, and one section of PET and an introductory physics for non-majors course and laboratory in the Spring semester. Teaching responsibilities include setup and maintenance of equipment. At least a Masters’s degree or PhD candidacy in physics is required for consideration; applicants from closely related fields may apply.
