Position Description The Department of Physics & Astronomy at the University of Louisville invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor position beginning Fall 2014. We seek a specialist in Physics Education Research (PER) exhibiting a strong interest in pedagogy, course development, and distance education. The successful candidate is also expected to develop PER programs that will be competitive for extramural funding. Applicants with a Ph.D. in Physics, a strong scholarly record in PER, and an interest in training doctoral students are encouraged to apply.
