Working Title Visiting Assistant Professor, Physics and Physical Science
Brief Summary of Job Description
The Department of Physics and Physical Science is seeking an Assistant Professor for the Fall of 2016.

Job Duties
The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education and will be expected to teach introductory and advanced courses. Upper-level teaching responsibilities will depend on the candidate’s background and experience.

Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in physics, astronomy, or related field is required; ABD will be conditionally considered.

Preferred Qualifications
Evidence of prior success in teaching.
