About the Position
The Faculty of Education seeks candidates with expertise in curriculum and instruction (elementary/secondary social studies or elementary science). Candidates should have experience with curriculum instruction and development for either social studies education or science education and a research program in the area of curriculum and instruction for one of these content areas. The successful candidate will be expected to teach in both the Bachelor of Education and graduate programs. Experience with the integration of technology into curriculum would be an asset. Workload includes research, teaching, and collegial service.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a doctorate in an appropriate field or be near completion of their degree. Evidence of research competency is required. Teaching experience at the university level would be an asset.
