We are seeking to appoint a well qualified and experienced secondary science physics educator to contribute across our PGCE, GTP and SKE science programmes. You will need extensive knowledge of best practice in secondary science teaching, the ability to teach physics to a high level, an understanding of initial teacher education and a willingness and potential to engage in research and/or professional scholarship.
You will have:
Knowledge and experience of teaching physics at secondary level.
Appropriate qualifications, to include QTS.
First degree in Physics or a Physics-based degree.
An understanding of initial teacher education.
Knowledge of best practice in teaching physics up to A-Level.
There will be the opportunity to contribute to a range of programmes as appropriate.
