Jefferson College is seeking a full-time lab instructor who is student-centered and committed to innovative teaching, institutional service, and community service. This is a 9.5 month non-tenure track faculty position. The individual selected to join Jefferson College's excellent full-time faculty will demonstrate commitment to assessing and documenting student learning outcomes and using technology in the learning process.
Responsibilities: Teach lab courses, prepare and maintain labs, order supplies and coordinate with instructors of corresponding lecture classes. Teaching assignment may include online, satellite campus, and evening assignments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physics or related field required; Master's degree, lab experience and familiarity with instructional technology preferred.
Salary: $41,629 per contract year. Excellent benefits package included.
