ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY
POSITION:
PHYSICAL SCIENCES INSTRUCTOR
9 Month Contract Full-time Position (renewable contract position)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Physical Sciences Instructor will teach 15 credit hours of classes each semester. Teaching assignment will include Physics I and II, Physical Science and Lab, Physical Geology, and other courses in the Physical Sciences. The position is responsible for student recruitment and advising, academic program development and division participation, committee and task force service, and individual professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the Physical Sciences and related subfields is required. Experience in community college teaching and/or online instruction is preferred.

SALARY:
$39,087-$51,112 based on education and experience. Excellent benefits package available.
STARTING DATE:
August 2016.
