Job Duties:

  • Engage in research and teaching at the JKU Linz School of Education, especially in the field of Digital Transformation in Learning”
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of our doctoral programs
  • Co-supervise PhD students based on your research expertise
  • Lead and coordinate the writing of scientific publications in international journals and conference proceedings
  • Lead and coordinate the writing of scientific publications in international journals and conference proceedings
  • Support the acquisition and implementation of (externally) funded projects
  • Assist in organizing local and international scientific events and activities related to educational research
  • Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods

Your Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must hold completed doctoral studies related to educational research and/or STEM education
  • Knowledge in the field of educational research, educational technology, and/or STEM education
  • Proven record of international publications related to educational research
  • Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • Experience using technologies and digital media in teaching
  • Experience in developing educational resources and related pedagogies
  • Experience in writing and managing projects and grants related to educational research
  • High level of English skills, spoken and written (level B2+)
  • Knowledge of the German language is an advantage
  • The position is primarily aimed at PhD graduates with extensive research experience
