Job Title: Lecturer - Mathematics Education
Location: City College
Full/Part Time: Full-Time

GENERAL DUTIES:
Performs teaching and related faculty functions in area(s) of expertise as noted below.

CONTRACT TITLE: Lecturer
FLSA: Exempt

CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
Responsibilities include teaching mathematics classes in the middle and secondary mathematics education programs and participating in course development, program assessment, student advisement, and service to the school and community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree area(s) of expertise and other qualifications noted below as being necessary for satisfactory performance of job duties. Also required is the ability to teach successfully.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
A master's degree in mathematics is preferred. Additional graduate level coursework in mathematics or mathematics education preferred.



COMPENSATION: Commensurate with education and experience.
