TT at Monmouth College

Monmouth College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in the Physics Department beginning in August 2011. Rank open. We will consider candidates from all sub-disciplines, but those with a background in biophysics, condensed matter, or AMO are particularly encouraged to apply. Candidates from underrepresented groups are also especially encouraged to apply.

Ph.D. by time of arrival required. The successful candidate will be committed to undergraduate teaching excellence, scholarly activity, and Monmouth’s liberal arts mission, including participation in Monmouth’s Integrated Studies program. Normal teaching load is 21-24 semester hours per year.
