VAP at Roosevelt University

The Department of Biological, Chemical and Physical Sciences invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position beginning August 2013. This is a one-year appointment.  The successful candidate will have interest teaching in an interdisciplinary context and is expected to teach physics effectively at the lower division. We seek a motivated, energetic individual who will be focused on students but can also fulfill a variety of other responsibilities.

Additional Salary Information: commensurate
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Physics or closely related field at time of appointment. Exceptional ABD candidates will be considered.
