Elon University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Physics www.elon.edu/physics, beginning mid-August, 2013.  A Ph.D. in astronomy or a related discipline is required at the time of hire. Teaching will include astronomy and physics courses, and courses in Elon's General Studies Program. Mentoring of undergraduate research will be expected.
