The Physics Department of the Division of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at Xavier University of Louisiana invites applications for two tenure track faculty positions in the general areas of condensed matter, biophysics, optical physics, and education physics. The successful candidate for each position will have a Ph.D. in physics or engineering with a strong background in physics. He/She is expected to establish a strong research program in his/her field, as well as teach effectively at the undergraduate level.
