Full-time tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor position

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must
have an earned Ph.D. physics or related science. Applications should
include
evidence of (or potential for) excellence in teaching, and the ability
to establish an externally-funded research program suitable for
undergraduate teaching education. Occasionally they may be asked to
teach a physical science course for non-majors. We also seek a colleague
who will contribute to the University's general education curriculum
with its emphasis on First-Year Seminar which is intended to enhance
students' critical thinking, and the College's support of
interdisciplinary programs.
