Job Description:
The Department of Physics and Astronomy invites applications for a full-time, temporary faculty position (#156160). This opening is a one year temporary position at the rank of Lecturer with possible annual contract renewal up to three years total. Employment will begin on August 1, 2017.
Successful candidates will teach introductory physics and astronomy lectures and laboratories.
Required Education:
Master's degree in Physics, Astronomy, or a closely related field.
Other Desirable:
Applicants who possess a PhD in Physics, Astronomy, or a closely related field (conferred by August 1, 2017) will receive special consideration.
