Physical/Life Sciences: Open Position: Lectureship in Core
Natural Sciences. Job Description: Boston University's Core
Curriculum in the College of Arts and Sciences is now accepting
applications for a full-time Lectureship in Core Natural Sciences,
to start in Fall 2013. Duties will include leading weekly
discussion and laboratory sections, presenting several lectures,
and working with course faculty to develop and implement new
curricula. Courses are at the freshman level and cover both the
physical and life sciences. Topics include classical and modern
physics, astronomy, and earth sciences during the fall semester,
and cell biology and evolutionary biology during the spring
semester. Initial appointment is for one year, with possibility of

Job Qualifications: Lecturers must have Ph.D. in the physical or
life sciences, established teaching skills, and a strong interest
