Archimedean Upper Conservatory is currently seeking a full-time teacher of Physics and Mathematics.
The Physics teaching assignment includes Conceptual and Honors Physics courses for freshmen and AP Physics for seniors. In addition, it is expected that the teacher will assume leading role in the Robotics and Astronaut Challenge teams of the school.
The Mathematics teaching assignment will include more than one subjects, including one or more from Geometry, Calculus, Statistics, and SAT/ACT Prep. In addition, experience with Mathematics Competitions preparation (such as AMC) is highly desirable.

Candidates
should have a degree in Physics/Mathematics. Additional graduate
studies in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, other relative field,
and/or in Education is highly desirable. Experience in
coaching/participating in science, mathematics, and engineering
competitions would be a significant advantage.
