Intern at Boeing

The Learning, Training and Development group at The Boeing Company seeks applications for a graduate level intern for the summer of 2009. The candidate would assist in Boeing research that would build empirical data to determine the effectiveness of existing training programs. Qualified candidates should be working towards a Ph.D. in Engineering Education, Education, Technology or a related field and have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, assessment and evaluation techniques, and manuscript preparation for journal submission. Current knowledge of Instructional Systems Design theories and Product Lifecycle Management philosophies would be a plus. Individuals currently working towards a Masters degree may be considered if sufficient knowledge and expertise in these areas is evident.
