Lecturer at Western Carolina Univ.

The Department of Chemistry and Physics at Western Carolina University invites applications for a fixed-term Lecturer in Physics effective August 2010. Responsibilities include teaching introductory physics and laboratory courses.

Western Carolina University is a member institution of the University of North Carolina system and is located in a scenic valley near the Great Smoky and Blue Ridge mountains. Minimum Training & Experience Requirements: Candidates must have at least master's degree from an accredited institution in physics, but a Ph.D in physics is preferred. Candidates must have degree prior to hire date. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred candidates should have teaching experience at the college level.
