Adjunct Lecturer
The Department of Physics at Wofford College is seeking to hire an adjunct professor to teach one section of algebra based General Physics II and the associated lab in the spring 2021 semester. This course is a continuation of General Physics I covering topics of electricity, magnetism, optics, and nuclear physics. This course can be taught remotely with synchronous online meetings at scheduled class and lab times.
QUALIFICATIONS
For appointment, 18 hours of physics graduate instruction from an accredited institution is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a master’s degree in physics and higher education teaching experience or similar teaching experience.
