Academic professional track position in physics


The Department of Physics and Astronomy, College of Science, of Texas A&M University invites applications for a full-time academic professional track (APT) faculty position at the rank of lecturer or instructional assistant professor.  This position will have a nine-month academic appointment (September 1-May 31) with a start date of August 1, 2021.  This position is not tenure-accruing but has opportunity for advancement within the instructional faculty track.

The successful candidate will assume full teaching responsibilities in the introductory-level service courses and contribute to the educational and/or service mission of the department.

Earned PhD in physics or related field is required.
