I made a graph showing the sources of the last 200 posts on PER Jobs. You'll notice that most of them come from the PER Jobs editor. Right now, there's only one editor at PER Jobs, and that's too much pie for me.
If you read PER Jobs regularly, consider becoming an editor. It's easy. You need to know enough about PER to judge whether an ad would be interesting to the PER community, and you need to check your email more-or-less daily. If you're interested (or just curious), send an email to perjobs@gmail.com.
