Instructor of Astronomy/Physics (2 positions)
This position is responsible for providing 15-16 hours of instruction per semester in Physics and Astronomy and for providing related curriculum and student support as well as student advising. This is a full-time, tenure track position.
Master’s degree required with a minimum of 18 semester (27 quarter)graduate hours in Physics or Astronomy. Ability to teach Physics and Astronomy on the collegiate level required. Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods, relate to students and facilitate student learning; Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology is required.
