TT at Univ. of West Florida

The University of West Florida Department of Physics (http://uwf.edu/physics) invites applicants for a 9-month tenure earning Assistant Professor position starting Fall 2012 (Position # 106000) pending funding. The candidate must have a PhD degree in Physics or a related field. Teaching assignments will include a variety of undergraduate courses in face-to-face, video-conference, and online environments. Other duties will also include research, advising, and service. Candidate is expected to participate and take a role in outreach activities geared towards increasing the enrollment of the department. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications/experience.
