1-Semester Teaching Position at Stonehill College

The Department of Physics and Astronomy seeks applicants for a full-time, one semester position to teach two sections of the 4-credit calculus-based introductory physics course in fall 2013, with a possible extension for a second semester in spring 2014.

A Ph.D. or progress toward a terminal degree is required; teaching experience strongly preferred. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Application documents will include: letter of application (cover letter), curriculum vitae/resume, statement of teaching philosophy and provide the names and contact information of three people who will submit letters of recommendation upon request.
