TT/T in Secondary Science Education/STEM, Regis University

Regis University's College for Professional Studies is seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor, Secondary Education in Math or Science.  The Assistant or Associate Professor in Secondary Education holds specific experience and expertise in secondary science or math instruction and familiarity with STEM initiatives in the secondary educational setting. This faculty member provides program and curricular oversight, management of affiliate faculty, student advising, and is responsible for ensuring that the secondary education programs are rigorous and of high quality.

Candidates must have experience teaching math or science in a secondary education setting within the past 7 years, experience teaching college level courses, and a PhD in Education or closely related field (ABD considered if completed within a year from hire).  Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of and experience with secondary Teacher Preparation Programs, experience with and knowledge of STEM subjects and programs, a current teaching license, demonstrated success with curriculum development, and the ability to integrate instructional technology into learning activities.
