Instructor at North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics
The job listing should be posted on our web page soon. http://www.ncssm.edu/hr/jobs/#epa
The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM) in Durham, NC serves only high school juniors and seniors in a residential environment. Instructors are required to have a Masters or PhD and are not required to be certified. I suspect the turn-around time for this position will be short, so please apply quickly! There are 6 full-time physics teachers at our school. We usually teach 3 courses each trimester and usually only have two different preparations at a time. Instructors do not live on campus and are not responsible for students in the dormitories. I'll be happy to answer any questions about the school.
