The Department of Physics at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, invites applications for a 12 month fixed term lecturer position, with the expectation of annual renewal, starting in summer or fall 2016. Responsibilities include: teaching large lectures and small courses; administering large undergraduate courses, including teaching assistant management and training; advising undergraduate physics majors; and service on departmental and college committees. The successful candidate for this position will have opportunities to participate in discipline-based educational research, on-line education, and outreach.
