Visiting Professorships in China

The Chinese Academy of Sciences would like to announce two opportunities that support collaborative scientific research in China for senior and young scientists.

Visiting Professorships for Senior International Scientists provide financial support for scientists to conduct cooperative research at one of the institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) for two to twelve months, with the potential of
renewal.

Fellowships for Young International Scientists provide financial support for young scientists to conduct cooperative research at one of the institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) for twelve months, with the potential of renewal.

How to Apply: Scientists wishing to apply to either program should begin by exploring research opportunities with potential collaborators within the Institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. More information about these institutes is available
at the CASE Institutes page: http://english.cas.cn/CASI/.


Applications are submitted by the CAS institutes on behalf of the international scientist, during two specific periods each year: March 1-15, and September 1-15.
