Teaching Fellow at University College London


Full Time The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be £35,707 - £38,744 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. The department invites applications for the position of Teaching Fellow in Physics and Astronomy.

The main purpose of this role is undergraduate teaching. Duties would include problem-solving tutorials, laboratory/practical demonstrating, computing tuition and feedback on communications skills assignments, as well as supervision of project work. The post-holder would additionally support some administrative teaching tasks.


The position is initially funded for 2 years. Further funding to support this post may be available.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Physics or closely related subject. Proven ability to teach a variety of subjects in the areas of Physics and Astronomy is essential.
