Duties: Teaching duties will consist of Physics courses which include
Engineering Statics and Dynamics, General Physics with Calculus, and
General Physics without Calculus. The preferred candidate will
demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and a strong knowledge of
microcomputer
based labs and lab equipment.
Education/Experience: Master's degree in Physics is required. Post-secondary teaching experience is
required. Two years of community college teaching experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will maintain the
highest possible standards for classroom instruction. Applies innovative
teaching pedagogies and demonstrates ability to work with students
at all skill levels.
This is a full-time tenure track position. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
