The Department of Chemistry and Physics at Coastal Carolina
University invites applications for a teaching lecturer position in
Physics and Astronomy to begin Fall 2014. This position is renewable

We seek an individual with a commitment to quality undergraduate
education and with knowledge of current effective educational practices.
The position will be primarily focused on introductory level science,
physics, and astronomy, and may include lab coordination and curriculum
development as well. Applicants qualified with a Masters degree
including 18 hours in Physics and/or Astronomy, or a Ph.D. in Physics,
Astronomy or closely related field are encouraged to apply. Prior
experience with distance learning would be beneficial.
