Knox College invites application for a tenure-track
position at the level of Assistant Professor to start September, 2014.
Candidates should have, or be near completion of a Ph.D. in Physics or a
related field, and have enthusiasm for teaching all levels of
undergraduate Physics and directing undergraduate research; field open.
Candidates should send a curriculum vitae, statements about their
teaching and research interests, and arrange for three letters of

The selection process will begin on December 1 and continue until the
position is filled. The Physics Department is committed to and has a
