TT at Highland Community College

Highland Community College is seeking to fill an opening for a full-time, tenure-track instructor in Physics beginning the fall 2009 semester. The Physics Instructor position requires a Master's degree in physics or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have at least three years of experience in teaching freshman-sophomore physics and pre-engineering courses. Successful applicant may also teach an entry level mathematics course and will participate in recruitment activities in order to grow the Engineering Program. Highland Community College has a student body of over 6,000 students, including approximately 700 students of color and international students.
