University SummaryThe hired individual will be primarily responsible for the instruction of introductory level undergraduate courses in physics for both science and non-science majors. The teaching load will be four courses per semester during the 9 month academic year.

Minimum QualificationsPh.D. in Physics
Evidence of excellence in teaching
Preferred QualificationsInstructor of Record experience in introductory-level physics instruction
Successful experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds
