VAP at Franklin & Marshall College PA

The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for a one-year visiting position, pending administrative approval, beginning Fall 2016.  The rank will be Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor, depending on qualifications.  Applicants should possess or be close to completing a doctorate.  Teaching experience is required. Teaching load is 3/2 and may include both physics and astronomy courses (depending on the candidate's expertise) and participation in the College's general education requirement, "Connections."
